my-VIOS, is a usb visa card capable to recognize any server or pc and download health data from it. IT IS NOT A SIMPLE USB. It stores data on an encrypted database and only the legal holder has access with his personal password. It is essentially a powerful mini computer, since it can do so much for its holder.

• It can receive data remotely and that way its holder can receive lab results, for example, from the comfort of their home.
• It can also receive messages, for example by a hospital that decides to inform all the holders at once i.e inform women patients that the hospital has new mammography equipment.
• It can also review health data through VIOS view, special software that allows the structured entry of health data and is unique around the world and already acknowledged by Greece’s medical professionals.

No it doesn’t! It opens anywhere for reviewing data without needing an internet connection in any pc, regardless of the computer’s operation system (windows, Mac or Linux).

Most health cards have microchips like the ones we find on credit card. That means there is special software in place to read and update them. This is “bad”. It creates restrictions to the product. These health cards are not made to store data but to connect their holder securely with a main server. There is no such thing, among doctors, as “imputing a patient’s data on a server that we can’t completely control”. No doctor will enter the sum of their patient’s data on a public server. No one! 1) For legal reasons they are afraid of medical errors and 2) for marketing reasons they don’t want to lose their “clients”. That means that in the end: no patient has the sum of their health data. my-VIOS is a unique product, because it “breaks the rules” for the health cards, known until now.

The novelty of this product is that, contrary to other health solutions and cards used to store data on the cloud, that is on a main sever, my-VIOS put the human element in the center, thus “dismantling” the current health system. Data belong to people, not the government or the hospital. People today don’t have access to their health data anywhere in the world. They are obligated to ask for a copy of their medical files or try very hard to collect them and simply try to remember them instead of storing them somewhere.

This product can store:

• Any health information
• From any source, hospitals – diagnostic centers – private practices
• Remotely, which means that there is no need for the doctor to draft a report while the patient is in the hospital. The doctor can do so, at a later time and send it securely to the patient, knowing that the patient will be the only person who is going to read, since the doctor is directly storing the report in my-VIOS, which can be opened only by the patient.
• In a manner which is accepted by the academic community

Keep in mind! that its name is no coincidence:

• VIOS = (equals) LIFE

But also means

• VΙ for Valid Information, every piece of data is reliable.
• O for Open, every piece of data is available when needed.
• S for Secure every piece of data is safe from unauthorized access.

This product was created in Greece, a place where many unique ideas and values were born! Greece has an abundance in manpower in the health sector and produces  not only health services but also “health science”. Greece is one of the world’s countries, developing the science of medicine! Doctors in Greece wanted their patients to travel around the world with their medical data traveling with them, but when they return home to be able to pick up where they left of without any gaps!

This is something that only my-VIOS can offer because my-VIOS has a unique serial number, recognizable anywhere in the world. So that’s when doctors in the US, in a hospital for special diseases, asked to enter their patient’s data on a card so that the patients could return at a later time to the hospital with their complete medical file on them. THIS IS UNIQUE.

That’s why we came up with the phrase
“a unique point of reference”
That is a phrase that totally describes our product!

There is no health card available in the world that can be recognized anywhere. For example, no other card can be updated in the same secure way in a hospital in Nairobi, to a hospital in Boston or Athens!

• For a Patient: You would have to buy the usb and activated with a certain procedure.
• For A Health provider: You would have to create the necessary APIs for the already installed software programs in order to be able to update the usb or use VIOS mind, software that the company offers for free for updating the cards!
