How do I get a VIOS card?

To ensure data validity, my-VIOS card can be updated strictly through authorized providers.

  • To update your card you need a computer with an internet connection
  • Insert my-VIOS card in the computer USB slot
  • A screen will automatically appear requesting for your PIN (personal identification number)
  • Once you enter your PIN, a screen will open; you just need to click on the “sync” button to initiate the “update” process.
  • Once the update process is complete you will get an indication.

What if I lose my-VIOS card?

In case of my-VIOS loss, please contact immediately your Provider to request them to:

  • “block” your card.
  • inform you about the process for replacing your card
